over the phone or for orders to be mailed or faxed

When emailing or faxing, please have your credit card number,
expiration date, security code (CVV) number, and correct billing
name and address on your email or fax. A brief description
of the product you want to purchase with measurements and ship
to address are all needed. Please supply an email address so we
can confirm shipment and coordinate status. Orders paid through
postal mail by means of personal check, money-order, or
cashier's check usually go out when your check clears within 4
business day of receiving the payment. |

Forever Metals offers a lifetime warranty on
tungsten rings excluding gemstones, inlays and long term
discoloration of plated rings. Forever Metals cannot offer a
lifetime warranty on these products due to their natural
properties of hardness or application. Being that we do not
offer a lifetime warranty we would like to extend repair
services for your rings so that they will remain beautiful
forever.
Lost Diamonds and Gemstones: $50 / Stone Setting Fee + 20% of
the original ring purchase.
Wood / Carbon Fiber / Shell Inlay Tungsten Rings: 20% of the
original purchase repair fee
Silver Inlay Tungsten Rings: 20% of the original purchase repair
fee
Gold Inlay Tungsten Rings: $50 Gold setting fee + 20% of the
original ring purchase
Platinum / Palladium Inlay Tungsten Rings: $75 Palladium setting
fee + 20% of the original ring purchase
Plated or Coated Rings, fading and scratch repair: 20% of the
original ring purchase repair fee
